If you are over 14 years old, you can use our bicycles in the city of León. However, a confirmation form from a legal representative or a parent is required.
And this is how you access your nextbike León account:

Print the form and ask a parent or legal representative sign it. This will confirm the terms and conditions of nextbike.
Then call the number 987875242 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 to make an appointment at the office. There, the confirmation form is submitted together with a copy of the identification document of the legal representative or parent (e.g., ID card).
An employee will support you on creating the account and validate the authorization form.
You will receive the 6-digit access PIN for your customer account via SMS on your mobile phone.
You must now verify your account with the help of a legal representative before it is activated. To do this, log in to your customer account via the website www.alsa-nextbike.es or the nextbike app and save a bank account or the credit card of a parent or legal representative as a means of payment.
After verifying your account, nextbike will activate your account and you can get started.
